We are a non-combative, non-competitive Tae Kwon Do Academy dedicated to redefining Tae Kwon Do as an Art, and not only a sport. We teach a variety of traditional self defense techniques, empty hand forms & weapons designed to improve overall physical ability & mental discipline.

2-week introductory lessons

Interested in finding out if HMD Academy Tae Kwon Do is a good fit for you or your child? Fill out this form and we will contact you. For adults not submitting a request for a child, just complete the adult portion of the form.

Do you already know which class session you want for introductory lessons for you or your child? You can skip this form and just sign up for 2 weeks of  Taekwondo lessons for only $25. Uniform is not included in this offer, but a uniform will not be required during the 2-week trial lessons.
